Shipping Rules and Restrictions:
All 50 United States including Alaska and Hawaii (UPS/FedEx)
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Orders of in-stock merchandise with standard ground shipping to U.S. locations will be shipped within one to 3 business days, if received and authorized before 3:00pm EST.
Orders of in-stock merchandise with expedited shipping to U.S. locations will be shipped within the same business day, if received and authorized before 11:00am EST.
Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii require expedited shipping. Standard ground shipping is not available.
All orders require a valid street address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
For certain product such as chocolate in order to preserve the quality of the items during shipping in the warmer months, Next Day Shipping is required. Your shipping method will be automatically updated at checkout.
Returns and refunds:
1) Returns are eligible for products and gift baskets within 10 business days of receipt.
2) Full refunds will be issued on canceled orders before they were sent for delivery.
3) If your order arrives damaged please contact us so we can assist. Please be prepared to take pictures of the damaged contents so that we can adequately file a claim with the carrier.
Note: Due to liability reasons and food tampering concerns, we can't issue refunds on opened grocery food items.
